A new low
Hi john.riley2@three.com.auDue to the excessive unreliability of email plus the spam volumes encountered, I've had to discontinue using this email address for business correspondence. For reliable communication and a timely response, please use the following:Current Customers: Log into the Member's Resource Area and submit a Support Ticket.Others: Submit a sales support ticket by clicking the "Contact" link at the bottom of the sales page.To Your SuccessPaul Jenkins
So I tried to use the Support Ticket option but found that the support ticket defaulted to a program that I had not signed up for and I was unable to send a ticket.
I did not use the program because I couldn't understand how to use it and was unable to contact support to find out how to. Here is the punch line..........after the 3 months free use was over I was charged for a month's usage.
Clearly Paul knew that I hadn't used the program and I was obviously upset and went to the main program login where I hadn't been for the previous 3 months to see if any of my tickets from the main program had been answered one of which was asking for help because I couldn't get into contact with him for the Web Tracking account. There were my last 3 tickets unanswered so I posted another strongly requesting a refund of this latest charge as well as which I activated the other 3 tickets as well.
The next day I was unable to access the main program my email address was unknown and my password was unrecognised so I have been kicked out from the pain program that I paid $287 to join and because I couldn't cancel my subscription to the web tracking program I would expect another charge next month. I have changed my debit card account so there is no chance of a further charge but this is how low Paul Jenkins will go to to avoid contact with his members and how easily he will rip them off.
The obvious outcome from all this is that Paul Jenkins is dishonest and a scam artist and my recommendation is that it would be better not to have anything to do with any of the programs that he sells on the internet.
This blog was set up to describe how I was able to create an income from Ecurrency Arbitrage but the truth has emerged that I was totally unable to do that and that I was scammed for more than the original program costs as well as the expense incurred from my Google Adwords campaigns.

New Direction
I have decided to market the EZ20NOW program my site url is http://www.ezy20nowonline.info/ this will be working within 3 days when Twintech Hosting will have created the site from the basic ez20now website. Again there is a lot of information supplied with the program and I have been sifting through it all and adding it to the information supplied on the eCurrency Arbitrage training videos.
I bought my domain name from Go Daddy, created a verified Alert Pay account and took both across to TwinTech Hosting who have a special deal with ez20now to get their web sites up and running very inexpensively. I have already signed up for two safelists, two Gmail addresses, one Traffic Generator, two search engine submitters and 4 recommended forums discussing home business subjects.

Refund requested
This is the latest ticket I have posted to support and the guarantee of refund provided on the site.
Guarantee #1
30-day, 100% money-back guarantee.
That means you can try my new website system free of risk for 30 days.
If you feel during this period that my system isn’t for you... or that it wasn’t worth the money you paid just let me know and I’ll refund your investment in full. No questions asked!
Paul,
I submitted a ticket prior to joining the program indicating that I had little or no extra funds to use in the program but was assured that the free techniques were available and I could start slowly with them.
Secondly the free $101 is conditional on me committing $200 to the campaign.
Thirdly I have submitted several tickets covering all my queries but they have gone unanswered.
Fourthly I have created a campaign with Google but the level of funding I was able to commit has resulted in no clicks and no charge.
You state that there are no questions asked for a refund during the first month but I have tried to make the program work for me, for the reasons posted above I am requesting a refund.
I have created a blog with my experiences using the program indicating that I have really tried to make a success of the eCurrency Arbitrage video training scheme. I will be happy to delete the blog after receiving your refund. http://ecurrencyarbitrage.blogspot.com/
John
So after starting the AdWords campaign with Google I have had no clicks and no charges. All in all the subject is too deep for me to delve into, I have followed the course but there is far more to Google Adwords than is explained and it is clear to me that I will have to make a larger commitment with Google for me to achieve success. As a pensioner I can not commit funds in the hope that they end up in success.
The course suggested that you buy the traffic at a lower price than it can be sold to the arbitrage company and that is true but what it doesn't say is that you may spend far more to get the traffic if you are inexperienced and indeed may not get enough traffic to pay the Adwords account. If I had adequate funding the prospect has appeal but I would rather take advantage of the refund than take the gamble.

Support or lack of support
The reality has been that I have currently 6 tickets in the system trying to find out various aspects of the course but when I attempt to access the replies I am taken to a page that indicates that it can't connect to the data base. The frustrations found with the tracking service in the previous post caused me to send an email to Paul trying to get help with both programs but it must have gone to his auto responder because this is the reply that promptly followed:-
Hi John Riley

So how frustrating is that answer? It tells me to do what I have been trying to do!!!
Google AdWord campaign
The one thing that is keeping me on track is that whilst the campaign is considered active and it has delivered no clicks neither has is charged me any cost to date. So I am going back through the videos once again and will attempt to edit the campaign to make it more effective.
The Training Video has suggested using a tracking service that Paul Jenkins provides and offers 3 months free use of the program. This service may be the best thing since sliced bread but it is too hard for me to understand, it discusses web sites, squeeze sheets and auto responders as if I know what it is all about. All I need to know is how to use the service for tracking affiliate usage. So I attempt to create a ticket but the page goes to a different program within the Jenkins umbrella and whilst it gives me the option to make a ticket the end result is that it tells me that the wrong password has been used and all my efforts are wiped out.

Started placing adds with Google Adwords
Have placed 2 adds in this campaign each with 4 keywords, set the maximum cost per day to $12.50 AUD and a maximum click cost of .60c AUD so I will monitor those adds carefully to see what this actually is costing me and how many clicks I do get.
The adds are aiming at getting traffic for my affiliate link
http://www.partnerwithpaul.com/go/18673.
The idea behind this Arbitrage plan is to pay less for the links than I get with commission from Partner with Paul. There is no doubt that I will get good commission from the affiliate link but there is a doubt as to whether I get sufficient clicks and conversions to pay for the Google account.
So that is the moot point and it will have to be monitored carefully but there are many variables and everything in the campaign can be edited. Headline, content, keywords and costs per click. There is no doubt in my mind that money can be made by doing this but money will have to be committed to ramp up the campaign and as a pensioner those funds are not available unless these first efforts make some return.
The videos do give detailed information but as a total beginner they need plenty of viewings and there are many different steps to take which seem automatic to one with the experience and the money to mount effective Google Adwords campaigns.

Studying Level 2
I have listened to all the videos and am getting a picture in my mind as to how to proceed from here. It would appear that my best start will be to create add campaigns within Google whilst limiting the cost and maximizing the adds. It is possible to set a cost per day and a cost per click making it possible to work within a budget.
It will be a leap in faith after gathering the best information from within the videos about creating add headlines and add copy from the keywords. True there will be good profit from the exercise providing the adds pull enough clicks with adequate conversion rates but if the budget is too low it may not achieve success, hence the leap of faith.
I will listen once again to the videos and start out with my first add campaign in the next few days.
